The businesses based in Hereford and Whitchurch supplies new and used cars, as well as aftersales services, to customers throughout the county of Herefordshire. Operating from six locations throughout the county with over two hundred users a reliable IT system is critical to the smooth running of all aspects of the business from new car sales to the valeting team.
South Hereford Garages first contacted us in 1999 to assist with moving their IT systems from a legacy AS/400 system to a Windows PC network. Since then we have taken over the management of all the IT systems acting as the IT department for the group including user helpdesk, hardware maintenance, equipment & software supply, consultancy and systems management. We regular liaise with numerous third parties to provide end-to-end support and have earned several commendations from Volkswagen for our work within the dealership.
