Aga Twyford Limited is one of Herefordshire's best known businesses supplying new and refurbished AGA cookers throughout the world. As suppliers of a premium product their customers expect the best in all their dealings with the business and poor IT systems were causing delays for customers and staff alike and a disproportionate amount of the Directors time was being taken up with IT support. A recent move to new premises and the launch of the world famous Betty Twyford homeware range prompted a review of the situation.

We carried out a comprehensive evaluation of all IT systems culminating in installing a new Fileserver for the critical Sage business software, new PC's for high intensity users and moving the vital eMail system to our Private Cloud Exchange server. The installation was completed over a weekend with the new network ready to use by 8am on Monday morning with a remarkable increase in performance for all areas. We now manage the system including user helpdesk, pro-active hardware monitoring and remote support allowing the Directors to concentrate on their key roles without the worry of unreliable systems.
